Rocky Blue is one of Club Penguin's newest mascots and she dances with DJ Cadence and CeCe Jones. Since she is a new mascot she has only made one appearance (at the Ultimate Jam Party). Here are some other tips on finding Rocky Blue.

- Rocky visits crowded servers during peak hours of the day, while she visits peaceful servers during quiet hours of the day.
- Rocky can be found in nearly any Club Penguin room except the Dojo and Mine Shack. During the Ultimate Jam Party, she is mainly found in the VIP Room (BackStage).
- Rocky is likely surrounded by large crowds, which often makes it very easy to recognize her location.
Rocky Blue is good friends with Cadence and CeCe Jones. Rocky is a real person in Disney's "Shake it up" and you can find tips on how to find Cadence and CeCe Jones in the Trackers section of this site.
